Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site and/or services (as defined herein).
General Provision
In this Terms and Conditions, the following definitions are used:

  1. We/Our/Us shall mean PT Kwikwash.
  2. PT Kwikwash shall mean a company established under the laws of Republik Indonesia.
  3. Item shall mean any garment collected from customer in connection with an order.
  4. Order shall mean customer who ordered laundry services or any other service provided by us through Kwikwash’s services.
  5. Customer shall mean any person who ordered our services.
  6. Services shall mean any of the services collected from and delivered to your nominated address.
  7. Service Provider shall mean any third party with which we contract in order to assist us in providing the services.
  8. Personal Information shall mean personally identifiable information about you that may be collected through the Services which we provide, such as your name, address, date of birth, gender, occupation, telephone number, email address and/or the like, and other information that may enable identification of a specific individual who is using our services.
  9. Website shall mean our website kwikwash.id.

Our Contract With The Customer

  1. The Customers are required to provide detail information in terms of collection and delivery the garment.
  2. Our Courier will inform the details of your items including the weight, pieces, and price. Furthermore, if you agree, then your order will be carried by a courier.
  3. The calculation of the number of items and the type of items will be implemented when the courier was there. In case of dispute on calculation the items which in our responsibility, then it referred to the calculation based on receipt which is correct.
  4. If there are any complaints from customer about damaged items or lost items, it can only be accepted and processed on delivery the garment and the courier still remain in the customer address.
  5. The items are not taken/after we delivered on schedule, but the customer will not take/other reason within 14 days, we are not responsible in case of damage or loss.
  6. We are entitled to return your items if it cannot be processed by us such as clothes with the accessories that easily dislodged/damaged.
  7. Any risk arising from events outside our control (Force Majeure) such as Natural disaster, riots, fires, and other similar things are not our responsibility.

Change The Schedule of Collection or Delivery

  1. The customer may change the schedule within 24 hours before the deadline.
  2. The customer who changes the schedule must cancel the previous order and make a new order.

Cancelling Order

  1. If you cancelling the order when we already assign to collect the items or within 30 minutes of delivery your order, therefore you will be charged a cancellation fee by a reasonable amount.

Wash Orders

  1. Checking Items.
    Please ensure to thoroughly check all the garments for hazardous items e.g. coins, pens, keys, etc. and valuable things as we hold no responsibility for any items lost or damaged as a result of the cleaning process.
  2. Colour Separation.
    We will separate the clothes into lights and darks for you. Although we will take the utmost care in doing this we will accept no responsibility if there is any bleeding or colour transfer during the cleaning process.
  3. Re-cleaning Policy.
    1. We will offer to re-cleaning the clothes which are smelly or moldy.
    2. Reporting re-cleaning the clothes must within 24 hours of delivery. If it reported after 24 hours of delivery, then it would be rejected.

Our Liability To You

  1. Lost Items.
    1. The checking should be done when the courier delivering the laundry to the place of the customer and in case of lost items, Kwikwash will try to find it within 72 hours or do replacement worth Rp 20.000 (twenty thousand rupiah).
    2. We will not be liable for claims lost items after 24 hours of date taken.
    3. We will not be liable in case of lost underwear or socks, but we do not forbid if the customer want to put underwear or socks into order.
  2. Damaged Items.
    1. We will not be liable for claims damaged items before washing process.
    2. The checking should be done when the courier delivering the laundry to the place of the customer and in case of damaged items, Kwikwash will try to find solution within 72 hours or do replacement worth Rp 20.000 (twenty thousand rupiah).
    3. The damaged items such as stretchy and shrink are not become our liability.
    4. The complaint of damaged items that become our liability is the damaged caused laundering items.
    5. Clothing made thin or expensive (clothes with special treatment) is not allowed to put into laundry kiloan because we are not responsible for any complaints such clothing.
    6. Thin or expensive clothing such as silk, cashmere, wool, feathers, velvet, and other fine or expensive attire or any clothes with special treatment required to put into laundry satuan.
    7. Clothing which separated into laundry satuan will be charged an additional fee based on the price of laundry satuan.

Price and Payment

  1. The minimum order price will be set out in Kwikwash services and it may change at any time.
  2. You understand that using our services require you to pay it. After you get the services, Kwikwash will process the payment.
  3. The entire payment on Kwikwash using cash, credit card, and bank transfer that chosen on your behalf.
  4. The price has included tax based on laws. The price you paid is final and non-refundable, unless if not determined by Kwikwash. In case of disagreement with the price should aimed to Kwikwash by contacting us at [email protected].
  5. Kwikwash entitled to make, delete and/or revise the price for every aspects of services at any time in the Kwikwash Policy.
  6. Kwikwash may give promotion and discount to the customers that will affect the price of the services. The customers agree with it.

Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

  1. We will not be liable for or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance that is caused by events outside our control.
  2. Events outside our control shall mean events or circumstances that occur outside the power of Kwikwash and other related parties.
  3. Events outside our control such as natural disaster, riots, fires, and other similar things.

How We May Use Your Personal Information

All terms and conditions have been read and approved by the customers. We expected the customers to understand and implement these terms and conditions for a good cooperation between the customers and Kwikwash.
